JURY TRIAL: REQUESTS FOR ADMISSION AS EVIDENCE

During trial, the court may permit responses to requests for admission to be received as evidence and considered by the jury. In such case, the jury must accept such responses as true, but only as they apply to the party who admitted their truth.
