JURY TRIAL: WEALTH OF PARTIES

In certain cases, the jury will be instructed to not consider the respective wealth of the parties. This jury instruction on this point states: “In reaching a verdict, you may not consider the wealth or poverty of any party. The parties’ wealth or poverty is not relevant to any of the issues that you must decide.”
